The aim of these exercises is to train muscularity strength and to evolve comprehensive fitness.Well my town has some great street-workers,these guys dont know the word STOP or NO,they say its really important to work countinous,cause the more you work the more you get.The only unfortunate thing about this sport,is the conditions that they are working in,they dont have the perfect or atleast some kind of parks to work at,so they use the kids playgrounds bars.They deserve the parks as much other sportist deserve the gyms or fields.At the end i wanna point out that street-workout does not need anything special,it just reqiers some bars,some weights,your friends and thr motivated YOU….
